The Salomon Sense Propulse trail running shoe was first released in 2015. This high profile shoe from the French brand is very similar to the Sense Pro, in fact it fits into its category of City Trail shoes, This model has better cushioning, and although at first glance it seems that the foot is very high due to its midsole, it is not. The characteristics of these shoes are mainly focused on neutral runners who exceed 70kg, it is recommended for trail circuits in urban areas, since they adapt very well to asphalt surfaces. Among the most outstanding technologies of these shoes are the Sensifit and ErgoFit systems, which we will detail below.
Firstly, the Sensifit technology is responsible for achieving a better fit with a great feeling of lightness, for this, it hugs the midfoot area with bands that connect the midsole with the lacing loops. Under the Ergofit system, the shoe gains in comfort, achieving a better fit in the instep area.
Another aspect to take into account in these shoes, is the sole, in which the French brand has focused a lot to get a perfect grip. The Contragrip sole has been used, which has a multidirectional tread pattern that adapts to all types of surfaces with great grip and abrasion resistance.
The previous version of this model is the Salomon Sense Pulse.
