Technologies used in development

• Strategically placed fabrics: Lightweight, breathable and abrasion resistant materials in key areas to enhance breathability and comfort.
• Breathable, quick-drying mesh: Single-layer open mesh combined with a nylon layer for great breathability and maximum abrasion resistance.
• Lacing pocket: Allows the laces of the Quick Fit system to be hidden and protected.
• Tongue coverage: The tongue is protected by a mesh against mud and small stones from getting inside the shoe.
• Mud protection: Protective material around the sole of the shoe.
• Protective TPU toe cap: Provides good foot support and lateral protection.
• Sensifit?: Sensifit system works to cushion the foot for a precise and secure fit.
• Quicklace?: Ultra-thin, quick-tie laces are extremely durable. Easy on, easy off.
• Non marking Contagrip®: Optimal traction that adapts to different surfaces. Salomon s Contagrip® soles are made with a combination of rubbers that ensure grip and safety on all types of terrain.

• OrthoLite®: OrthoLite® inner liner combines Ortholite® specific foam with EVA foam in the heel. Ortholite® foam gives the foot a better feel. Cooler, drier, hygienic and more comfortable. The durability of the sole has been improved compared to other models of the brand. Recycled tire compounds have been used in its manufacture to favor and protect the environment. The EVA heel cup provides a firmer heel support and a softer feel to the foot.
