Neutral shoes that stand out for their flexibility, comfort and a good amount of cushioning, is recommended for long runs and not overly technical terrain. Very light which allows the runner to use them both for training and to compete in long and not very technical trails. The North Face has opted for a modern, eye-catching design, and they have succeeded. The Single Track has a very good finish, few protections only in the heel and toe, soft laces and seams that prevent chafing. Above the tongue there is a mesh that prevents the entry of external elements such as stones or mud. The Single Track II is very flexible and breathable thanks to its ventilated mesh which makes it not very waterproof. It does not have a very precise fit which facilitates the mobility of the toes and forefoot. It is very comfortable for easy riding, trails and even asphalt and a little less if you need a good lateral torsion and good fit for very technical terrain. In the sole, The North Face has used the Snake Plate system in the toe which consists of a plate that protects the sole of the foot from the stones of the road while stabilizing the tread providing protection and flexibility. The rubber of this sole is a compound designed by The North Face called Tenacious Grip, a firm rubber of high abrasion resistance designed for maximum traction, and formed by medium-sized studs that give the best grip in dry terrain and not so much in wetlands or tracks with mud and water. Technologies: The insoles use the OrthoLite system. With a pair of Ultra Lightweight Run Socks, The North Face Single-Track II men's trail running shoes for men will offer superb technical performance.
